I usually have dinner around 6:30pm and find myself getting very hungy once I'm done working out, which is 10pm. I don't like going to bed feeling stuffed so I searched for the perfect smoothie/drink (depending if ice is added) that will satisfy my hunger but would not leave me feeling guilty. Here's the recipe. Enjoy!
Five Almonds
One red apple
One banana
3/4 cup of nonfat greek yogurt
½ cup of nonfat milk (I used
unsweetened almond milk)
½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Simple & yummy!
*If you want to have it as breakfast,
just add some egg whites or/and oatmeal.
